FemXHA was introduced on a March 8, 2023 newsletter. I developed this quick and easy treatment for Majora laxity, GSM, LS, Vulvar Vestibulitis. It is now officially released and ready for your practices and compatible with your current single spin PRP systems. Be the first to use American Made FemXHA (made by Juventix) and save your practice money while you make money for your Cosmetic Gynecology/Derm/Plastics/Cosmetics practice. Vampire Wing Lift: How long does it last and how much does it cost the doctor and the patient?
It depends on what type of Hyaluronic Acid you use. Crosslinked HA like Juvederm, Restylane, Versa, will last about 1-2 years. It costs you, the doctor, about $310 per ml of HA. “Crosslink” means the HA is altered to have strong bonds that crosslink and connect the HA structure together preventing the rapid breakdown by the body’s enzymes. Touch ups are recommended when volume loss happens. You cannot stop aging. You can also use non-cross linked HA that will last 6-12 months. Not as long. However, there is less potential lumpiness with non-cross linked HA and it is much more affordable at about $85 per ml. Plus the cost of the PRP to the doctor averages $85-$160 per test tube (patient charge is about $900 to $1200 per test tube) and you need one test tube per side for a Vampire Wing Lift.
Let’s compare Apples to Apples: Let’s first use non-cross linked HA 3cc per side for a total of 6cc (FemXHA PRO). This FemXHA PRO procedure costs the doctor $500 per kit and the charge to the patient is about $2,900. That is $1,200×2 + $85×6 = $2,910. With the Juventix PRO system here is the math once more: Juventix 15ml test tubes x2, with 3cc non-cross linked HA per tube (total 6cc HA) and the syringes/luer lock/needles cost $500. Total cost to the doctor is $500. FemXHA is affordable for the doctor and the patient. The profit per 10-15 minute case is $2,000 to $2,500 depending on the practice.
From the patient’s financial point of view: Let’s now use the cross linked HA at $800 per 1cc (California pricing). For the patient that is now PRP at $1,200×2 + HA $800×6 = $7,200. Ouch! FemXHA is at minimum 65% cheaper using FemXHA for the patient!
The problem for the doctor is that almost all HA on the market in the US is cross linked. Hard to find non-cross linked HA in the US. Until now since FemXHA just got released. I have used this for over a year and it works amazingly well with the dramatic reduction in cost for the doctor and patient. It can be used not just for vulvar plumping and Vampire Wing Lifts but also for terribly debilitating conditions such as Lichen Sclerosis and Vulvar Vestibulitis. When combined with radiofrequency externally (such as ThermiVa, Morpheus 8, EmFemme) that tightens vulvar skin you can prevent the aging process of the vulvovaginal region and achieve beautiful results indefinitely! Here is a link to more info on radiofrequency treatments such as ThermiVa, the device I invented. Once more, Energy plus Biologics (Radiofrequency plus PRP/HA) are transforming lives.
