The typical problem with aging. Loss of fat AND Gravity! In this case she has very little fat under the skin. She may need both a Labia Majoraplasty and vulvar filling.

I can reduce the Labia Majora at the same time as I do a vaginal tightening surgery. In fact, a perineoplasty goes well with a Labia Majoraplasty since it pulls the Majora downward while the Majoraplasty itself pulls medially.

The patient’s new found confidence is often quite dramatic. We forget that the patient is concerned how she appears in all angles.

These websites are not very nice.

There is a complete disconnect of what the Media focuses on and what the everyday woman actually is bothered by.
